Individual Quick-Freezing Tunnel (IQF)

  • imgUsage: Designed for rapid freezing of products while preserving their quality.


Brookline Room (Pre-Freezing Waiting Room)

  • imgCapacity: 20 tons per shift (5 loads)
  • imgTemperature range: +2°C to +10°C depending on the product type.
  • imgUsed to gradually reduce the temperature of fresh vegetables and fruits after receiving./li>
  • imgUsed as a transitional phase to stabilize product temperature before entering deep freezing rooms.li>
  • imgPrevents thermal shock from placing products directly into freezing tunnels.

Freezing Blast
